Porsche full-year sales rise 1.3%
BERLIN — Luxury car maker Porsche AG said today that its sales rose by 1.3% in the year that ended July 31, powered by strong demand for its Cayenne SUV, but cautioned that economic turmoil makes it difficult to make forecasts for this year.
